It's a listing site of a difference. It's something that you will all recognize the name, but I reached out to Pierre from Homes and Villas by Marriott, and he's got a very important message that he wants to share with all of the boostly.

[00:01:12] pierre: My name is Pierre. I work for Homes and Villas by Marriott International, the curated short-term rental offering that is backed by the world's largest hospitality group. That's Merit International. Um, today we are looking to partner with the best property manager to advertise their home on our platform, and I wanted to do this video and tell you a bit more about the benefits of working with homes and Villas.
[00:01:40] But maybe to start with a little bit of background. We launched in 2019 and that was in response to. to the members of our bonvoy, uh, loyalty program who are looking to stay in curated homes that meet certain standards in terms of quality, [00:02:00] safety, and service. Today we have, um, 160 million members and counting, and this members wanted as well to have the opportunity to collect or redeem points, um, by choosing different types of accommodation.
[00:02:17] Today we have over 65,000 properties on the platform, and we are looking to partner with the best professional property managers that would look after a portfolio of 20 homes or more. So what's in it? For property managers? Well, two things. The first one, the property managers have access to a different demographic of BONVOY members that are affluent travelers and tend to stay longer.
[00:02:46] So that's the first element. The second one, because homes and villas, bartan International only advertisers, curated homes that are managed by vetted property managers, it is a good opportunity. [00:03:00] For those property manager partners to stand out from the crowd, and I was a property manager myself before working with Homes and Villas and myself, like other property manager partners have used the partnership to showcase the quality of the service and the standards for, for example, Pro potential homeowners that would be looking to join and work with you and advertise their home through you.
[00:03:30] And that's a good opportunity for those that are looking to grow their portfolio. Um, some other property managers have been using it as well, for example, in their pitch deck for investments. So that's in a nutshell, uh, the elements that I think, um, would be of benefit to you.
