Goal: These templates are designed to let your guests know you’re now open for business and the HUGE benefits of staycations under the current lockdown measures.

It’ll also give your past and future guests a little reminder that you’re there and ready to give them a great experience at your venue.

Now, if you’re a ‘closet wordsmith,’ use the templates as a loose guide for formatting and add your own flair, character, and humor to the emails as you see fit.

However, if writing emails makes you want to stick pins in your eyes…by all means, just copy, paste, and fill in the blue sections with your information.

 

One last thing…

If you hate sending emails to your guests because you believe you might annoy them.

Truth is

Yes, you WILL annoy some people, but I promise you, not as many as you think. Because if you’re giving useful, interesting information and some free stuff, believe me, they’ll not be upset.

In fact, in my experience, you’ll just strengthen the relationship.

And as this is all about getting those extra bookings for your property (in my opinion), it’s worth the risk.
