It's something which only took an hour to set up realistically what took the time is then tweaking and perfecting it so over a period of the time that we had the business we still even now make adaption changes to the emails when we split test to see if we get a better result for more responses if we change some wording in it or if we take certain bits out so I would say to physically set up the first few emails on your CMS or to set up an automated one on MailChimp it doesn't take long at all if you get something set up and then see what response you get and adapt from there that's the best way.
