Boostly Integration Guide

This page explains how to integrate your Beds24 account with Boostly, a platform that connects and automates your property management systems using smart APIs.

General Information

Boostly offers a powerful two-way integration to automate property management workflows. The integration supports both V1 and V2 Beds24 APIs, enabling you to sync bookings, guests, availability, and perform actions via webhooks and direct API commands.

Whether you manage vacation rentals, serviced apartments, or short-term lets, Boostly provides tools to streamline data, automate messaging, integrate third-party platforms, and trigger smart workflows.

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Enable API Access in Beds24 (V1 & V2 API)

Go to (SETTINGS) ACCOUNT > ACCOUNT ACCESS in Beds24:

  • Enter a secure API key (16+ characters).

     

  • Set API Key Access = allow whitelist IP only.

     

  • Add the following to the IP Whitelist:

     

    • 58.65.221.21

       

    • 122.2.75.255

       

    • 119.94.178.53

       

  • Set Allow Writes = YES

     

  • Set Property Access = Owned by this account only

     

  • Click SAVE

     

🔒 Boostly requires read/write access to manage syncs, guest messages, and booking updates.

Step 2: Generate V2 API Invite Token

To enable enhanced features using Beds24's V2 API:

  1. Visit: https://beds24.com/control3.php?pagetype=apiv2

     

  2. Click Generate Invite Code

     

  3. Select all checkboxes under READ and WRITE

     

  4. Click Generate Invite Code

     

  5. Share this invite code with Boostly via email at: api@boostly.co.uk

     

Step 3: Add Custom Booking Info Fields

Boostly supports storing automation values in Beds24 using info codes.

  1. Go to (SETTINGS) ACCOUNT > PREFERENCES

     

  2. In the Booking “Info Code Values” section, add the following codes:

     

    • BOOSTLY_PIN

       

    • BOOSTLY_RATING

       

    • BOOSTLY_FEEDBACK

       

  3. Click SAVE

     

These fields are used for storing and displaying Boostly-generated data per guest.

Step 4: Set the Webhook URL

Boostly uses webhooks to receive real-time booking updates.

  1. Go to (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES > ACCESS for each property you want to connect.

     

  2. In the field Booking Webhook URL, enter the Boostly webhook URL provided by the Boostly team.

     

  3. Leave other fields blank and click SAVE.

     

  4. Repeat for each property.
  5. Please note the webhook URL will be unique for each client and can only be provided during onboarding.

     

How it Works

  • Data Sync: Boostly syncs bookings, availability, and guest information every 15 minutes.

     

  • Smart Actions: Custom workflows can trigger based on booking status, check-in/out times, or guest preferences.

     

  • Task Management: Optional support for third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, Google Sheets, WhatsApp) for messaging, tasks, or automation triggers.

     

  • Multi-PMS Support: Boostly integrates with multiple PMS APIs and can be used as a middleware or API unifier.
